Thiese tutorials have been very popular; seems to get a collection or favorite almost everyday. So you will have to forgive me for not thanking you propperly.

Do feel free to to tell me (and link if it's on Devaintart) about any pictures you used this tutorial for so that I can see the result of it.

Also do feel free to point out if there's something you don't understand and I'll try to help.

Now I'm sure there are way better ways to make some good looking water (sea) but this is one methode that have worked for me so far.

But I thought that I should add a small rain tutorial as well just in case there is someone out there who deosn't know how to make rain in photoshop yet.

Hope you find it useful

Thanks for using the tutorial. In answering your concerned that the rings looked a bit weird; In my opinion they are a bit to visible, a bit less opacity should help (but a few more rings could also help). The outer rings seem a bit too transparent. The rings behind the horse seems a bit big (they seem to be the same size as the ones in front of the horse). Also if you look at the last picture in the tutorial you will notice that some of the rings have only one ring while some have 2, adding some diversity. These are all minor details, but since you thought they looked weird I'm just saying what I think might be the problem.

If you decide to change the picture and try out some of these things, do tell me about the result.
